Once you have added the product to your cart, please check the desired product contents and fill out if there is any remarks for this order.

Please enter the customer’s information required for product delivery.

Please confirm and select your shipping method and choose your payment method.

You will receive an email for order confirmation and corresponding shipping charge within 3 business day.

You can check this on the screen at the time of purchase.

We accept payment by credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Alipay.

For local order in Hong Kong, we accept payment by cash or FPS.

shipping methods

We will ship out your products by post or by courier within 3-7 working days. Shipping cost will be confirmed by email after your order has been placed.

For local order, you are welcome to pick up your product at our Hong Kong office.

return Policy

Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds exchanges for a change of mind.,

You are always entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and send the product by cash on delivery. We will arrange return and exchange of new product as soon as possible. 

For international orders, please note that the shipping lead time may be caused by  custom clearance. You can check the shipping status by provided tracking number on the courier website.
