How to order

order procedure

1. Add your desired items to your cart.

2. Once you have added the product to your cart, please check the desired product contents and fill out if there is any remarks for this order.

3. Please enter the customer’s information required for product delivery.

4. Please confirm and select your shipping method and choose your payment method.

5. You will receive an email for order confirmation and corresponding shipping charge within 3 business day.

You can check this on the screen at the time of purchase.

payment method

We accept payment by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfers. For payment by bank transfer, there will be USD40 processing fee applied.

shipping methods

We will ship out your products by post or courier. Shipping cost to be confirmed by email in return after we received your order.

return and exchange

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.

[If there is a defect in the product]
The product is fully documented, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective (misdelivery, damage, defacement, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and send the product by cash on delivery.
We will send you new products as soon as possible. (If it is out of stock, we will refund you.)
However, please note that if you are late in receiving the product due to custom clearance, we may not be able to respond.
