For local order in Hong Kong, we accept payment by cash or by bank transfer. Please contact our sales office in Hong Kong.
DUTIES AND TAX
Buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, and associated fees for international shipments. The carrier or local customs will contact you for payment; please respond promptly. Ensure the contact information you provide with your order is accurate and regularly checked, as it will be used by authorities. We are not liable for losses due to inadequate contact information. Failure to pay fees may result in your package being returned or destroyed, with return shipping costs deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued only after returned goods are received by our warehouse.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship out your products by post or by courier within 3-7 working days. Shipping cost will be confirmed by email after your order has been placed.
