Please choose your items carefully. We do not offer refunds exchanges for a change of mind.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@dorchase-audio.com. Our team will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
